1. The BG process: makes sense to me, don't know what took so long for this type service to be available. Info on youtube. That new car dealers are using this convinced me. Yeah it could just be a big money maker.. like smog checks, but you actually have system fluids flushed here.
2. My BG service: trans seemed tighter after the service?! I went well beyond the factory recommended service interval and should have done this sooner.
3. MS Inc. All Good. Nothing negative to report. Had a short discussion with Steve prior to the service and I was satisfied. On time, within advertised estimate. No pushy follow-up, or nagging about waiting so long. Pricey. If the BG process is followed and I don't feel the need to check under my hood after, it is a good value

Misfiring engine

Steve provided fast couteous service and explanations regarding what caused the problem. I have taken all my cars to Motoring Specialists for year sand they have always provided exceptional service.

Oil Change

No labor charge for headlight bulb replacement. Periodic mailers for discounts, buy 5 get 1 free oil changes, car returned with exterior washed. They have loaned me a car several times and/or provided transportation home and back.

The staff at Motoring Specialists Inc truly care about their customers. I recently had a problem with my windshield wipers during a time period when heavy rains were in the weather forecast. I called to make an appointment late in the day and, although the schedule was full for the next day, Steve scheduled my van since he knew that I would not be able to drive in the rain without windshield wipers that worked. This shows that they truly care about their customers. On top of this, they do a wonderful job with repairs.

The estimate was clear and the work was done promptly.My only complaint was that I was not offered an explanation for the amount of time to recharge the battery.Since the staff did not know how low the battery was they could not have told me exactly,but they could have said it would take most of one day.

I woke up and discovered my car wouldn't start. Had it towed to the shop, and they had it done by the end of the day. Prompt communication, fair prices, and friendly staff made the experience fantastic.

On the way home, I discovered a few extra things were not functioning. I returned the next day, they fixed those, and checked everything else to be sure. For free.

I'm bringing my car here from now on, and I'm gonna refer this place to my friends!

Everything was great

I had a check engine light and decided to take it to Motor Specialists instead of VW. The reason being VW does not seem as thorough in their work as the guys at Motor Specialists. It wound up I did have 2 issues with my car a bad sensor and the starter. The starter was pulling 2X the amperage it should and had the potential to cause an engine fire or completely drain my battery. My car had to spend the night while they awaited parts, it was parked inside The next day everything was fixed and checked to ensure everything was topnotch. Car runs great .
